Sweet Dreams Herbal Tea

Certified organic and wildcrafted herbs
Spearmint- contains menthol which encourages relaxation by acting on GABA receptors (calming neurotransmitter) making it perfect for reducing anxiety and promoting sleep.
Chamomile- a warm hug for the nervous system, specifically for restlessness, irritability and sensitivity.
Chinese Date Seed- Nourishes the heart and calms the spirit. In Chinese medicine the heart is the store of the mind, so symptoms such as restlessness, palpitations, anxiety and insomnia can be all be supported by using this herb.
Lemonbalm- Promotes relaxation and soothes unsettled, stressed nervous systems.
Passionflower- soothes an overactive mind. Is magical for anxiety, sleep issues, restlessness, nervous tension and stress.
Lavender- Melts away tension and evokes sweet dreams. Eases a strained nervous system and sedates an edgy mind and body.

In an oak forest not far from here lived Little Oak. One sleepless night Little Oak explored the forest to find herbs that would help him sleep. Beneath the large oak tree he looked up to grandmother moon and said ‘will you help me find the herbs l need?” the moon twinkled as if to say ‘yes’. Grandmother moon shone a spotlight onto 5 different herbs which had a colourful crystal sitting next to it to show that it held the magic ingredient. Little Oak thanked grandmother moon, gathered the herbs and made his way back home. Upon arriving home Little Oak placed the herbs in some hot water, let them steep and drank them up. He snuggled down into his bed and drifted off into a deep sleep and dreamt the most fantastically magical dreams.

1 heaped teaspoon in 150ml of just below boiling water. Allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes, strain and serve whilst reading Little Oak’s adventrue.
