Magic Forest Folk currently offers $10.95 flat rate shipping rates in Australia and free shipping over $150 within Australia. We use Australia Post for our retail orders.

Please allow 2-3 days for making, processing, and packaging your order for shipping. If you need your potion kit in a hurry, please use the express post option ($15.95) and send us a note at checkout. We will prioritise Express orders as quickly as possible.

Please note that Express is no longer guaranteed next-day delivery with Australia Post. Once orders are shipped, we cannot guarantee delivery times with Australia Post. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

Returns

We hope you love your order from us. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer returns for change of mind or if you provide us with the wrong information for your order.

Please make contact within 5 days if you have any issues with your product on arrival. If any items arrive damaged or if you believe the order is not as described on our website, we can then organise an exchange or refund.
